Qualifications

Strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will supervise the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that works are executed according to schedule, safety standards, and design specifications. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Supervisor acts as the on-site point of contact, coordinating crews and subcontractors and resolving practical issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce.
Coordinate subcontractors and site crews to keep works on schedule.
Monitor adherence to health & safety regulations on site.
Perform quality checks against design specifications and report deviations.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for the Construction Manager.
Manage on-site material deliveries and liaise with vendors on logistics.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field (or equivalent site experience).
3+ years of experience in a construction site role.
Fluency in English.
